Merchant Table(s)
Merchants will have access to the venue starting at 12:00 pm on the Friday to set up their table(s). The table(s) must be vacant by 10:00 pm on the Sunday.
Program Advertising
Each registered participant receives an attractive program. One of the simplest ways to promote yourself is to place an ad. To meet printing deadlines, we will require your artwork 30 days before the event. We accept electronic files in all major formats (send to: info [at] gamesummit.ca).
