CONVERSION GUIDELINES
I am a little loser with the conversion guidelines than the Steamroller rules. To be a legal conversion, a model must meet the following criteria:
1 - model must be on the correct sized base
2 - the model the conversion is representing must have an official release date that is on or before the date of the tournament
3 - the model must have the correct weapons clearly represented on the model, so if the stock model comes with a sword and a gun, then the conversion must have a sword and a gun, it could not, for example, have an axe and a gun
4 - for warjacks/warbeasts, all weapons must be in the correct hands
5 - I need to do a final check to make sure that the conversion is unmistakable for anything else in the army, and can be easily identified by an opponent. Even if the conversion follows all the above rules, if it could represent one of several different models it will likely not be allowed. However, if all of the above are followed, it should be ok.
It is always a good idea to bring an unmodified version of the model that a conversion is to represent in case your conversion does not meet these requirements. I am happy to look at conversions well in advance, so if anyone wants to check that any of their convesions are fine, please feel free to send me a PM with pictures of their conversions, and what faction they are from.
