I dub thee September Skirmish 2012.

Has there been a decision on the 1500/1850 debate?

Questions for the organizers: with 6th edition rumoured to be bound for release over the course of the summer, will Skirmish use 5th or 6th ed rules? Depending on how different the rules are, and how much time we have to get used to them, using 5th ed for one last time might avoid some issues that will probably arise.

Our policy about new rules is that they need to be released for at least a month before the event for them to be sanctioned at Game Summit or Skirmish.

And by extention, we will also need to look them over as they could result in changes to scenarios/point limits/other rules for the tournament as a whole, so until we have official word on a release date for 6th assume it is 5th ed 40k.

Also, get building and painting those models for which ever system you are planning to play. So you can come out and have fun.
