Question: Playing at GW store at Bayshore

Do our armies need to be fully painted / built to play there?

I was thinking it would be nice to go one evening play some games with MandyL paint some mini's etc but our Armies aren't fully built yet (For instance her Lootas don't have arms / guns yet...hell they might not even have heads)

And while most of my army is built, things aren't fully painted yet.

I've never had an issue with non painted or assembled models.

Thier only real rule is that they see progress on such an army however they like you to play and have fun so its a loose rule as far as i have seen for enforcement

Like others have said, most things are fine. I would recommend to atleast have legs/torsos mounted on bases to play at the store

Yeah. Luckily they've changed their tune on that one.

So really, I can play as long as it appears I'm making some improvement on my army's overall wellbeing, or at least pull a good "It won't happen again officer"?

This gives me incentive to buy more.

thats actually kinda cool... too bad the only progress my tau army has made is backwards (i've stripped more paint in the past yeah than i've painted.)

That's still progress. You're still moving closer to having the army completed to your personal standards.
