It's true that it's possible, but your opponent would have to use several tanks for several turns to accomplish that, with gaps small enough that the unit couldn't assault to regain coherency, right? IIRC a unit out of coherency only has to try to move back into coherency during it's movement phase but other than that it's still free to act, though I could be wrong and thinking about a different miniatures game or something.
You must construct addition pylons.

Warning: Subject may take the internet too seriously. Approach with caution.

W40K: Tyranids, Space Wolves, Sisters of Battle
WarmaHordes: Cryx, Legion of Everblight, Khador

A note to mention, make sure when an opponent is declaring a tank shock he tells you the distance he will be moving before he measures, as per BBB.

yeah,

in my experience allot of tankshocks are messy to begin with,

if can have such a lasting effect, then its important to make sure it is done right,

It makes it all the more important to define terrain. Ideally some terrain is impassable to vehicles but not necessarily to infantry so that way there's some forms of cover in which infantry squads are susceptible to tank shock and other in which they're safe. At the end of the day, if you’ve got a huge line of infantry, all one squad walking through open ground you should be very susceptible to tank shock and it should be a real inconvenience.
Cinematic.... Narrative....

Yeah, well, that's just, like, your opinion, man.

That wouldn't have anything to do with the fact that the two 40k armies you played get ska-REWED by Tank Shocks, would it? :)
