This is a very rough blocking of color. You'll see a lot of places where color isn't applied or where it rubbed off. That's ok: I'm gonna touch that up when I finally have the whole thing under control. That having been said, I've struck the tone I want for the yellow and you can see it nicely all over him. It's Reaper Mini Pure White over Skull White primer, followed by GW Yellow Ink (discontinued) and then washed with Gryphonne Sepia. The blue is just Enchanted Blue.
