The first list seems cool just because it is so different from everyother Russian list you see. The 10 T-34s are guards so they don't have Hens & Chicks? That doesn't seem like an army I want to face if so hah.
No idea what 1 is best thou. Do you have any options that can take the Faustinika teams, or are they just for the Engineer-Sapper Batalion? They seemed to be really good to me at Cold Wars and prevented a nuber of tank assaults from happening even when they were pinned down.

At first I was all "What if I face a t34 horde" then realized its Blue vs Red... so they are on my side!!
The stug list, my tanks would get vaporised, and then I'd have to wait for the Stugs to come to me. Not sure how I would take them out.. I would get my one unit of M10s is my only hope!!

I just changed my first list.. took out the Arty, added in Recon and beefed out the FFI squad.

oh god i wish! no it's just that they get to all be T-34/85 instead of mixing them

Gonna do a quick change. Recon down to one section, swap out the French Resistance guys for HMG gun section. Turns out after reading my PDF a little closer, I can only take the French Resistance if I make them all Spaniards? Makes no sense to me, probably a typo, but rules are rules.

[No one expects... the Spanish Inquisition!]
Not sure how useful HMGs will be in a mech list as you'd not have as many situations where they payoff, as opposed to infantry lists.

Yeha but with only 150 points left, I didnt really want to gimp myself with 5 platoons. This way its 6 platoons, 3 of which Recce move. In Scenarios where there is no reserves, I'll just fold in the HMGs with my Armored Rifle Plat's
Its either that or stick with the TDs, Shermans, and 2 ARP's and blow 150 on a P47 (staying with 4 platoons). I just dont feel like painting a red tail
