Orbital where is that post about how to sign up with our DS names?

Do I only get the 10 bonus tokens if I sign up for one of the tournaments? Or is it for anyone? I started to look and there is a bunch of cool things I might like to hit up like the workshops etc.

I don't mind paying but if I can get 10 bonus tokens cool beans!
