Is that how you think veganism works?

Because that is how it works, you don't eat meat you're not getting protein, vitamins, and other nutrients your body would typically need to prosper and grow. You can get some of it from non-animal sources, but alot of it, if you're not eating meat, you're going to need to take supplement pills in order to get said nutrients.
And if someone wants to do that, that's their choice and it's fine by me. Just don't lecture me about cruelty to cows.
