Before I begin, I will tell you of the oddness of this title and what you are about to read. The Pink Corn are a chaos chapter I invented, in lamens terms, they're pink khorne berzerkers with japanese-girl names (I just thought that was really funny) and they fight the Rainbow Warriors. I wrote a pretty long story awhile back, but can't really do anything with it since, well I don't think GW would want a Khorne Lord named Momoko (or a chapter called Pink Corn)...but anyways, prepare yourself, for blood will spill as Chosen of Chaos Momoko leads his warband against Brother-Captain Varagol. (that's even an official GW character name lol)
and I was right, their world is called Prism.
Cast of Characters;
Momoko- Chaos Champion and Leader of "The Children of Corn" Warband
Miho- Momoko's Lieutenant, leader of Squad Sushi, a terminator squad
Hina- A Gunner for The Mikado
Rina- A spawn and former aspiring champion for Squad Sushi
Varagol- The Chapter Master of The Rainbow Warriors
Vermilion- A Captain of The Rainbow Warriors
Outskirts of Rainbow City, Prism- 22:56, Wednesday November 2nd
*Part 1*
Momoko looked slowly up at the sky, seeing the old imperial cruisers land not far from where they were massed. They had stolen them from a guardsman regiment a many years back. But the gods had been fickle and not given him any blessings, ship nor daemonhood. Momoko was still weak in the eyes of the gods. None, save Rena had been touched by chaos, he had met the fate of spawndom a decade back.
Momoko sighed seeing the mutants slowly advance out, his warband was diminishing and he was forced to take on several mutants and traitor guardsmen to use as sacrificial lambs.
"My Lord, when do we attack?" my Lt, "Miho" asked. "Soon, Corn-Brother, soon" I replied taking my helmet from a heretic, he bowed kissing by foot, running off chanting praise to the chaos gods.
The single land raider I owned, The Mikado, rolled up, Hina saluted from the gun hatch as the tank rolled to a stop.
"Praise to the Corn" he shouted.
I nodded and replied "Corn vanquish our enemy's!"
Rainbow City glowed from the various lights they shone in the sky for little practical reason. The Mikado rolled past, a trail of mutants flocking to it, trying to touch it, place skulls on its hull or put chaotic scrolls on the side.
I was amazed none were crushed, though mutants can have a moment of intelligence, and of course, they always have self preservation.
Our advancement was slow, and the Rainbow Warriors soon were alerted and set up in their makeshift fortification outside the city, several rhino tanks roaring up as the sun rose behind them. They crashed into the mutants and traitor guardsmen, gore and blood flying everywhere.
I could see them rush out of their rhino's, firing into the line of mutants, a few normal humans rushing out to clean the blood off the rhino's as the marine's stood in a wall to prevent the heretics from touching their brightly painted tanks.
Each had a rainbow on the front, going up the top and to the back. They were blue, like the Rainbow Warriors as well, and pristine, it seemed each tank had an additional crew to clean them, humans probably lifted from the imperial guard. Each squad had one of these cleaners as well, though they were in normal power armour.
"Pride in our colours, not a touch of blood on our blessed tanks!" they would shout.
I sighed, the mutants were failing, several of their guns going off and killing themselves instead of the enemy.
The last straw was when a drop pod smashed near the main battleground, and a dreadnought lumbered out. I gave the order for the Mikado to begin firing, and we moved in. Hina firing the bolters at a cluster of Rainbow Warriors still beside their tank, as The Mikado's Lascannons tore threw the drop pod.
The Dreadnought rushed at Squad Ichigo, Mizuki turned on his powerfist and grabbed at the dreadnought's massive claw arm, damaging it almost instantly. The machine reared back, as several Rainbow Warriors rushed into combat from another drop pod crashing beside us. Another 2 rhino's loomed into view, one stood out above the others, with roses attached to the side and great banners flowing from the top.
"Must be their leader" Miho muttered, firing his combi melta at the rhino as it advanced. One of the tracks was hit, and it screamed to a halt. Varagol's command squad existed, a rainbow carpet being placed on the dirt before Varagol himself stepped out and looked at the damaged track.
"Who dares challenge me?!" he shouted, taking a sword from a human standing beside him.
I silently motion the terminators behind me to fallow and we slowly advance. He notices me almost right away and holds up his sword.
"You dare challenge a Warrior of the Imperium, foul heretic?!" he shouts, readying himself. A human shines his armour as we advance, Miho's laughs were barely heard due to the fighting going around. I saw The Mikado blowing up a rhino as Squad Chibi finally joined the battle, ripping threw a squad of Marines with ease. I turned back to Varagol, he had motioned for his squad to ready and the human's to move. I felt if I simply made his armour dirty he would feel disgraced.
"Brother-Captain Varagol, may I dispose of this heretic for you?" another one asked, producing a sword from another Marine behind him.
"Yes Vermilion, I do believe you can clear this world of this taint, may the Emperor guide your sword to his unholy core" Varagol replied, and saluted Vermilion.
I motioned for my squad to stay still as I prepared to kill this weakling. I held my axe with both hands and charged forwards. He did the same, but screaming something about the emperor, it was tiring.
It was something I had heard all to many times, and even had shouted myself so long ago. My axe bounced off his shoulder pad and he struck at my chest, causing a large gash in my armour. One of the power wires was cut and my armour began to tell me this. I kicked Vermilion and looked down at my armour, to see the damage.
I would be fine for now, I felt.
An explosion near by caused a few rocks to hit us, Vermilion, as I thought, seemed more concerned about his armour then me advancing towards him.
I struck again, he narrowly blocked it, and got up, pushing me back. He stabbed at me, cutting into my armour. I narrowly stopped him from killing me when I caught him by the wrist, having dropped by axe, I took up my plasma pistol and shot him in the chest.
I pulled the sword out of my armour as we stumbled back and smashed it across his head. Vermilion fell, to the shock of the other Rainbow Warriors and amusement of Miho and the others of Squad Sushi.
"You see, they're weak, all of them!" I declared,
"they don't put up a fight at all!"
