But I thought Chalenges happen at the beginning of combat (before picking who fights ... ) If a character wishes to refuse a chalenge they must be retired to the last rank (if it is unengaged so none) if they cannot they must accept ... the other 9 saurus can still be chosen, but since they cannot particpate in a chalenge they just stand there
