Well if the flames of war is for a period some people don't have they may want to paint an army which can easily take a few months.
Should be fun thou, I am excited about the FoW will be going to that for sure.

Yes, Mid War seems the most reasonable time period to me, as it is the longest supported one, IE most balanced, and is right in the middle, so ppl with late war ish stuff like Tigers can still field them, or ppl with early war stuff like Panzerjagers, old Marders, PanzerIIs and Crusaders can still use them.

The buildings would be the most minor thing he does. It's the amazing scenery that is his hallmark.
