personal opinion: If you can drive through walls, use the ramming + building rules rules. As previously stated by many others this must be discussed prior to beginning the game.

Yeah but even if your opponent agrees he may still pull out that FAQ where it says you can't ram buildings.


The pre game terrain discussion is sooo vital to the game that GW stresses its importance a bazillion times in the rulebook. If my opponent isn't willing to compromise on any of the terrain when discussing/defining it's usually a pretty good bellwether for where the game is going...

On the building side of things, I do love un-occupiable impassable buildings. They're usually good los blockers and there's rarely an argument over them.
