Oh man! I assumed that they just affect one warjack. Not so.

Battle College Entry: Hymn - The Choir of Menoth sing Hymns to bless an allied warjack that's within a few inches. The Hymn can emanate from any or all members of the Choir, and can affect one jack per member singing, although all members must sing the same hymn in a given activation.

That applies to most units that possess benificial abilities, such as:
-Druids of orboros
-Mechanics
-sentry stones
-those skorne beast handlers

The others don't really come to mind at the moment.
