Purchase Error?

I just purchased a Gamesummit 2012 saturday passport and entry to the Flames of War tournament and it doesn't gave any information

The cart looses its contents, and it is possibly to purchase tournament entry fees without a passport. Information on the tournaments is not very helpful for deciding on what to buy, and also does not list times, only days. (yes I know the forum may have other info)

When clicking "terms and conditions" during checkout, nothing shows up

The purchase number after buying shows %purchase% as the number

The reference number after buying shows %reference%

The email I got from game summit with my receipt is full of broken code and jibberish. I did get out of the email that my purchase was accepted and I would receive my ticket by attachment. I did not receive my ticket yet, and it did not come in a separate email.


Just some info I wanted to pass along, maybe it was being updated or still is.

Tbh, gamesummit.ca is lacking alot of info, that should be there when making a purchase, like working terms and conditions.

I got the same thing with my 40K purchase. I'll wait for teh attachment e-mail to see what's up.

Just a suggestion, you may want to put the rules for tournies in the terms and conditions so as to properly enforce stuff like painting standards. Not everyone who buys tickets is on the forum.

I currently lack the ability/knowledge/access to do that but Marquis has now copied all the information I posted to the website.
