You could still field quite a few units that have the vampric power for marching (Vargehists, Varghulf, dont have my book in front of me ... black coach, mortis engine... I think there are some more).

Yeah, there would be no marching skeletons or zombies... but it could still work... mmmmmm... must resist playing VC until I have finished more of my O&G army ....

Hah, nice. Add a couple Banshee heroes to top it off, and I think you're on to something.

i figured it would be awesome flying those down the flank charge and scream four times then attack. It should even do a number on a horde unit. On a leadership 8 unit that's on average 17 deaths from the screams then you get to do melee which is hopefully in the flank to reduce attacks back then 3 thunder stomps. Now that i've done the math a bit it's seems pretty harsh, i'll leave that list for jason or dexter.
