Lookin good!
Did you reinforce the legs at all? From what I have read online from many forums, unless it's reinforced the legs can warp under its own weight lol.
Can't wait to face it! Or fight along side it!

Not bad, the paint job is very good. I like the look of it, its pretty sweet and terrifying! A definate lascannon target.

Im just going to throw this out. Not insulting or anything
The thing i see with Titans or anything Baneblade size and up is the simplistic paint jobs. Its not that its a bad thing to just add a centerpiece to your army and match the paint job its just that some people dont see this as an opportunity. You have a HUGE piece that you can add a tone of detail on and people often skip out on that change.

This is just me talking and not trying to push my opinion and options on anyone, but your going from a 25mm fig to a canvace of options.
Example: The Chaos Warhound Titan im getting im planning on doing a multitude of screaming aggonizing faces on the armour.

Thanks!

@ Chooka: I plan on making it a base but I did heat up and repose the legs so the weight was more evenly distributed - hopefully that does the trick in the interim. It's certainly easier to place on the table without a base.

We should totally team up our 'nids in a game of Apoc!

@ Jaxx23: I hear what you're saying. I did consider giving it a slightly different look with more complicated spots and highlighting but in the end wanted it to fit in with the rest of my army. There's actually a lot of detail on the model that hasn't been picked up in these shots (chitin texture, etc.).

When staring it, you should find something to support its midsection. I have seen a lot of pictures with the upper front legs looking like bananas because of his fat a** lol

F**kin awesome dude! Are the legs fairly fragile or is it more pliable like the finecast resin?
Cinematic.... Narrative....

Yeah, well, that's just, like, your opinion, man.

They used a lighter, chalkier white resin for the body and the usual grey resin for the legs. The grey resin is quite hard and sturdy. Perhaps the older models used the grey resin for the body?

I wanted to field test my bio-titan so I pitted my Ultramarines against it. I used all the current rules which just makes the titan insanely OP'd. It's only 1,250 points but with the updates it gets to re-roll 1s in CC for its scything talons, has a 3++ Warp Field, and those that survive its base 8 attacks or stomp take spore cloud wounds at I1. Then, those that don't flee take Toxic Miasma Toughness tests to avoid another wound before they must consolidate away from it. Harsh! Oh, and I threw a librarian in there for the force weapon but under the new rules it just causes ID, to which gargantuan creatures are immune.

I knew going in that it was going to be crazy and in no way fair for the marines so I just threw in all kinds of units regardless of points. When I did a tally after setup it came to 2,850 points of marines. They also had a bastion with LC in their corner, not that in any way equalizes things. Here's the list:

HQ
Captain Sicarius
Epistolary
Chaplain

TROOPS
10 Tactical Marines PG ML PF C-PG in Rhino
10 Tactical Marines PG ML PF C-PG in Rhino
5 Sniper Scouts ML CC

ELITES
5 Terminators AC
5 Assault Terminators 2xTH/SS
Venerable Dreadnought AC EA
Dreadnought LC ML EA

FAST ATTACK
Land Speeder MM HF
Land Speeder MM HF

HEAVY SUPPORT
10 Devastators 4xLC
Land Raider EA
Predator AC LCS

You can see how things went down at the following link. I've captioned the pictures to help you figure out what's going on. I gave the marines turn 1 so they'd have more shooting.
