PDFs updated for V3

The few PDFs that I've looked at now have a "V3 Approved" stamp on the front (instead of the points cost being based off of the formulas for Fortress Europe they are now using the v3 setup)



Just looking at the Panzerpionier one (i'm really surprised that they kept considering the lists are pretty much in Grey Wolf):

- massive price decrease for the Gepanzerte PzPio / Panzergrenadier Platoons
- small increase for Panzerpios
- small drop for nebs
- option for Henschel or Porsche KTs
- most other stuff is the same

Anyways ... just a heads up if you use a more oddball list.
